This service is suited to families wanting a formal pet portrait, pet headshot or a small commemorative session, including those with a clear timing need. Tell us about your pet's personality, whether you would like to appear in the photographs and how the images will be used, so we can confirm the right flow.
The session prioritizes your pet's condition on the day and your confirmed request, arranging portraits, headshots or simple pet-and-owner interaction within the agreed time. For multiple looks, complex sets, larger family groups or more settling-in time, we will suggest a more suitable photography package.
Yes. Pet Garden works by appointment so the team can plan around your pet, studio or in-home needs, chosen package and preferred time. After you submit the online request, we will confirm whether the requested slot can be arranged using your contact details.

Yes. In step three of the booking flow, use the complete pre-session questionnaire to tell us about personality, familiar cues, calming methods, fears and health considerations. We will adjust the pace with comfort and safety in mind; where more acclimation time is needed, we will recommend an appropriate arrangement rather than force the session into a fixed time.
We suggest bathing and grooming 1–2 days before the session. For an outdoor session, please bring a lead, water and a towel. Continue any regular medication or dietary routine, and note any senior-pet needs or other considerations in the questionnaire. Arriving around 10 minutes early can help your pet get familiar with the environment.
The contact information and optional front-facing pet photo in the questionnaire are used only to prepare for this session. Images are limited to JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 5 MB and stored in controlled cloud storage. The management view uses short-lived signed links; these images are not publicly displayed.

Orders that match the fast-session flow, agreed content and on-site file-processing conditions may be arranged for same-day collection. The actual collection time will be confirmed when booking is confirmed or on the shoot day. Additional retouching, frames or special output follow their own delivery timing.
The scope of same-day collection is confirmed for each booking. Extra retouching, frames and other keepsakes need production and checking time, so they are not guaranteed for same-day collection. We will clearly explain the delivery method and timing for each item when confirming the booking.
Yes. After the session, you can learn about Pet ID cards, AirTag anti-loss sets, retouching and frames. Contents, suitability and delivery timing for each add-on are subject to the booking confirmation and the Services & Add-ons page.

Pet Garden is at 2F, No. 269, Minsheng West Road, Datong District, Taipei. It is approximately a 9-minute walk from Shuanglian MRT Station. Please confirm your appointment and arrival arrangement through the website before visiting.
Taipei in-home sessions are available by appointment. The service area, travel and timing are confirmed according to the location, your pet's condition and the request. You can state this need in the shooting location and notes sections of the booking questionnaire.
